Discharging more graft complaints against ACP

LUDHIANA: Municipal councillors belonging to opposition parties protested against MC authorities for allegedly delaying development works in several parts of the city. They claimed that the corporation did not keep its promise and failed to carry out repair works of roads and streetlights. Demanding resignation of the MC commissioner, councillors staged dharna outside the zone A municipal corporation office. Additional commissioner Sumeet Jarangal assured them of getting the construction work started within two days.
