 LUDHIANA: With the threat of vector-borne diseases looming large in the city, the health department has started carrying out fumigation in the city two months before the routine spraying. Civil surgeon Subhash Batta said, "To begin with, the high risk areas will be covered. We have constituted 19 teams for the purpose".
