Business Partner booked for the year-old man's murder Banur


CHANDIGARH: A year after the mysterious death of a 32-year resident of Banur old, in Mohali, Ashok Kumar, Chandigarh police registered a murder case against his business partner Darshan Singh and others, after receiving the results of Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL), Sector 36, on Wednesday.

People booked including a Punjab government employee who lives in Sector 7. The incident dates back to February 25, 2012, when Ashok died in mysterious circumstances in GMCH-32. Ashok was rushed to GMCH-32 in the home of an employee of the government of Punjab, in Sector 7 by the first suspect Darshan Singh, who escaped after leaving the body in the hospital.

DSP (east) Vijay Kumar said Harduari Lal deceased father alleges in her complaint that her son was killed by his business partner in collusion Karamchand, a government employee.

He said the allegations were reinforced when the chemical examination of samples from deceased visra established the presence of toxic substances such as organic phosphorus pesticides in your body.

Police officials said that, initially, the relatives of the deceased moved a petition before the Patiala police, but later, the matter was referred to the Chandigarh police. A case was registered at Sector 26 police station.
