Sangrur: Former Punjab Chief Minister and MLA Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has called a meeting of all parties to discuss the increase in crimes against women, especially sexual harassment and rape. She said the political leaders of all parties have to sit and decide on the most severe penalties for perpetrators.
Noting serious crime against the girl, said Bhattal accused of these crimes must be given the strictest punishment than the death penalty.
Bhattal also accused ruling SAD-BJP government of trying to win elections at all costs. "Congress is not going to let this happen," he said.
