Ludhiana: A policeman cut mini bus for a 19 year old near Tajpur Chowk on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Jagdev who originally came from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.
The driver, identified as constable Ranjit Singh, has been arrested for causing death due to negligence. The bus would Ludhiana Central Jail to transport undertrials to court.
Apparently, the young man who worked in a hosiery factory in Shivaji Nagar, was listening to music while walking.
