Surinder Singh changed their statements five times and his son calling from the U.S. to say that his father was under pressure to give a statement against me, Tytler said, a day after a Delhi court ordered the reopening of a case of rioting against.
"There is nothing on me at the moment ... until no one has put a question mark on me," Tytler told CNN-IBN in an interview.
"My name is again on the basis of the statement of Surinder Singh and Jasbir Singh. Surinder Singh first gave a statement in English and then gave a written statement in Gurmukhi. I want to know why Phoolka (lead counsel SA Phoolka representing riot victims) Surinder Singh forced to write a statement, "he said.
"You know Jasbir Singh is a fugitive? He is wanted by the court. Located IWC Know that not even in Delhi, which was in Jodhpur?" He said.
Tytler is accused of instigating a mob which led to the murder of three men who had taken refuge in a Delhi Gurdwara November 1, 1984.
The attack was part of the mob violence against Sikhs after the assassination of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi October 31, 1984.
Tytler said he was willing to submit to a lie detector, also Phoolka always accepted.
By court order to reopen the case, Tytler said: "They should do it. I have no objection. But where were the witnesses when the case was registered in 1984?"
"Your father says Surinder Singh is lying. I will show statement given to CBI. His brother says he is telling a lie, I was with him. Gurdwara secretary says he was telling lies. The end, wrote to Prime Minister, saying that I'm sorry I said lies, "he said.
The Congress leader said he was ready for the exam 100 percent on the field and not take any position of responsibility in government until his name is cleared in the matter.
"I quit for moral responsibility ... the charges were against me. Did not want the party or the prime minister to be ashamed ... until such time that my name is not deleted, I will not ask for any government post "he said.
"I can not even dream of having a responsible position as an elected representative. To date no one has put a question mark on me, if the media," he said.
When asked if it was framed as part of a political conspiracy against him, Tytler said: "I think it's fair that wanted to take advantage of the situation and make money at it. Phoolka I can get enough money from" the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee .
"Twice the BJP government was there and committees were also appointed under them. Why not take any action," he asked.
He said the closure report of CBI in the case presented in the trial court was first when Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader LK Advani was the Home Secretary.
